Simple steps
  • 1. Fill out and print the service request form
  • 2. Include the print-out with your shipment
  • 3. If claiming warranty, enclose a copy of dealer invoice
  • 4. We'll email you a UPS return label. Print and affix it to your package
  • 5. Drop your package off at any UPS dropoff location or schedule a UPS pickup
